What happens during a Reiki session?

Relaxing & Receiving – You’ll then rest comfortably while Reiki energy is gently channeled through light touch or hovering hands to areas where it’s needed most. As the energy flows, you may feel warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm.

Setting Intentions & Consultation – A Reiki sesis a deeply relaxing and healing experience that begins with setting intentions and a brief consultation.

Intuitive Feedback – After the session, we’ll reflect on any insights or sensations, with intuitive guidance to support your continued healing. Each session is unique, blending Reiki and spirit-guided healing to restore balance and support your soul’s journey beyond the physical.

Each session includes

  • You will be invited to complete a health and medical history questionnaire

  • ✓ Reviewing your health, goals and needs

    ✓ Administering a Reiki treatment using a variety of techniques with the support of crystals and sound bowls to enhance the healing

    ✓ Intuitive personalised feedback and after-care advice

    ✓ Post session check-in

Intuitive Reiki sessions are available both online and via distance healing too.
